The Mayor’s Office of Financial Empowerment is providing free help, over the phone! The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on Boston residents’ finances, and the Mayor’s Office of Financial Empowerment’s new Financial Navigators program is here to help.
If you are having some financial concerns during the Covid-19 pandemic, speak to a Boston financial navigator. A navigator can help you at NO COST!
Read below on how to get started!
STEP 1:
Sign up for a session by completing a short intake from the City of Boston- Financial Navigators or call Boston’s 311 or Massachusetts’ 211.
STEP 2:
While filling out the intake form tell us your:
- Name
- Zip Code
- Language Preference
- Phone and/or
- Email address
STEP 3:
A Financial Navigator will call you to begin your session.
*Please expect a response from a navigator within 48 hours and your session to last about 30 minutes. Your navigator does not provide financial assistance like cash or loans.
